2024/25 First tagged Marlin competition is BACK!
All current financial MSFC members are automatically in the competition
Rules:
First tagged marlin, of any size, anywhere in NZ waters
All current financial MSFC members are automatically in the competition
Any angler who is a current financial member may claim the prize! – HOWEVER, if the angler is not a financial member, but the skipper is, the skipper may claim the prize instead!!!!
Photo/video of the fish with successful tag shot, accompanied by populated tag card must be sent to club@msfc.org.nz for confirmation
Prize – $1000 Marine Deals voucher
All fishing to follow IGFA rules
Reel awarded at first club meeting following successful tag. Must attend club night to claim prize
Competition will run for the duration of the 2024/2025 fishing season until the prize is won
Any cheating will result in disqualification at the committee and organizers discretion
